Outlook Meeting Time

I'm having a problem with meeting request times on some users
computers. When the users create a new meeting request, the meeting
time always defaults to 12:00 AM. When I create a new meeting request
the meeting time starts a 1/2 hour after the current time to the
nearest 1/2 hour. I checked the calender options and set from 8:00AM
to 5:00PM, and checked the current time and time zones on the users
machine. I also checked the machine settings to verify that the time
and time zone is correct on the users machines. I cannot replicate the
problem on my machine. Any thoughts?
