Outlook must configure itself for new version of Windows error

I have upgraded from Win 98SE to Win XP Home. I do not use Outlook, but
Outlook Express instead. However, I am getting the error message "Computer
was upgraded from Win 98 to a later version of Windows and Outlook must
configure itself for the new version when I use other programs. I do not
have the original install media for Office 2000. How do I get Outlook fixed?
