Outlook Personal Folder Backup

For past one month, somehow Outlook Personal Folder Backup doesn't work
anymore. When I close Outlook, as usual, it backup up my personal folder to
shared drive. Now I got this message: "Failed to shut down outlook
succesfully. Please close the program or restart computer." Then it won't
back up personal folder.
