Ok, here is my issue. At work we have one Power User that is the Exec Admin
to 2 of the main Bosses. We recently migrated from Exch 200 to Exch 2003.
All went smooth. She is a special user, in that she reads the two bosses
emails and callenders, etc. Well, after she recieved a new machine, her
outlook was setup and configured to use the Exch 2003 server. But, it seems
that her mail was going to a "personal folder" instead of "Mailbox - xxxxx"
Her mail is viewable from OWA, and its fully functional there. THe problem
is, when we take the Personal Folders out of the equasion, she receives NO
MAIL to her inbox. Ive even tried opening up her Mail and configuring it on
a totally separate machine. We cant get her to get mail except via OWA.
Anyone out there know of anything we can do, short of deleting and recreating
her mailbox?
