Outlook REALLY Slow

Working in my Inbox, Sent, Items, and Deleted Items is
VERY slow. When I click on an item it takes several
seconds for it to open, and opening panes cover old panes
for a few seconds until the new pane kicks in. Sending
and receiving mail is working just fine. I have
downloaded and installed all Office updates and Windows
updates. I have downloaded and installed the Blaster Worm
patch, and I have even downloaded and run the Blaster Worm
Removal Tool, and I do not have the Worm. I am running
Windows XP Home Version 5.1, Office XP Pro Version 2002,
Outlook Version 10.0.4510.0, and Internet Explorer 6.0
with all of its updates installed. Does anyone have any
ideas what could be causing this problem? The hard drive
and RAM are adequately sized with plenty of available
space. The problem just started yesterday after 2 years
of smooth sailing. I have archived most of my Sent Items
and Deleted Items. Help!
