Outlook recurring appointments

Can I suggest an addition to the monthly recurring appointments for an
appointment that occurs on the fifth "day of the week" each month as well as
a last? I am a member of Toastmasters and some clubs meet every 1st, 3rd and
5th (day of the week) every month. With such schedules, I not only have to
set two different appointments one for the meetings that meet on the 1st
Wednesday, but I have to set a second for the 3rd Wednesday. However, there
isn't a way to set one for every 5th Wednesday. Using the last Wednesday,
sets it for the 4th Wednesday as well as the 5th Wednesday whenever they
occur. The only way around this is for me to go through the calendar and
find everywhere that a 5th Wednesday occurs and create a single appointment.
If this appointment has no end date, I would have to do this every year.
