Outlook sends blank reoccuring appt in deleted items folder

Hello

I am in need of help.

I have a user that uses Outlook 2003. Every time she sends out an outlook
message, a blank reoccuring appt shows up in her deleted items box. ??

This is what I have tried but with no success
1. Deleted and re-added outlook profile
2. Deleted the live meeting add in
3. Disabled macros
4. Check if any rules were made but none found.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

How does it behave in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Is this perhaps a Dell computer with the OutlookAddin (by Cyberlink)
installed?

I have not tried that..... When I go to outlook safe mode, what do I need to
check?

It is a Dell Desktop computer.
