Overtime

I'll give an example to explain my problem.
I have a project with one human resource and two activities.
In both activities it has work equal to 8 hour per day.
The activities occur in parallel. Then it (the human resource) has overtime.
Project put the overtime in a same day (16 overtime hours), but i want to
put 8 overtime hours per each day.
How i do this?
