Page Allignment and Submit Buttons

When I make my web site in Publisher it looks fine, but once on the web
preview or on the web itself the page is over to the left and not alligned in
the centre. What do I do to correct this?

Second. On my web page I have my last two pages as order forms with a
submit button. I have it set up that the submit button will send the order
form info to my email address. It doesn't. Instead, I get this message -

Not Found
The requested URL /--WEBBOT-SELF-- was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an
ErrorDocument to handle the request.

My website is www.maomc.com. If anyone could have a look and tell me what
to do for these two problems I would be gratefull.

Thanks.

forms will only work on a server with frontpage extensions installed.

Looks like you have a number of issues.

Publisher produces left justified, fixed static pages. There is no built-in
support for dynamic centering pages, though if you read through this group
you will find code snippets that you can add by editing the source code.
Generally this is not recommended as it would have to be redone each time
you change your site. Here is an article with more information that might
help:

As per the forms, as Rob said you need to have FrontPage extensions
installed on your site for the forms to function correctly. Here is another
article that deals with forms:
http://msmvps.com/blogs/dbartosik/ (about the 4th article)

Two other issues I noticed is that on your home page and several other pages
you have overlapped text boxes with other elements, which has converted the
text to a GIF image. Run the design checker to find all occurrences of the
overlaps to fix this problem...your text will look a whole lot better.

I also noticed that both pages that contain the forms seem to indicate that
you created those pages with FrontPage. Are you mixing Pub 2000 pages with
FrontPage pages?
