Using cable for Internet access. Was trying to load new
software to make 56k modem work as telephone. . Not
successful with files so far downloaded. Uninstalled
downloads that did not work.

No longer able to open Outlook 97).
Not able to find information specifically with Outlook and
IDAPI32.DLL

Got following message.
