Pivot Table/Chart - How to Modify After Save and Close?

I created some Pivot Table and Chart Forms and modified the properties
nicely. However, when I reopen a saved and closed Pivot Form, I no
longer have access to the Pivot Design functions. I can access the
Fields but not the Property Sheet for the Pivot properties.

Is there a way to access the Pivot Table/Chart design functions
(Property Sheet) of a Pivot Form that has been closed previously?
