Please go to the control panel to install and configure system components

I'm using the Office XP Resource Kit, Custom Installation
Wizard. I have the Office XP files located on a network
drive (P:\OfficeXP Pro). I am launching the PROPLUS.MSI
file, and saving the MST file to a seperate "Deploy"
folder (P:\OfficeXP Pro\Deploy\proplus.MST). After I
complete the Custom Installation Wizard I am presented
with the command line " setup.exe TRANSFORMS="P:\OfficeXP
Pro\Deploy\proplus.MST" /qb- ".

The problem is when I run this command line I get the
following error message:
Please go to the control panel to install and configure
system components.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Lucas,

Did you create an Office Admin point using Setup /A
with an enterprise (volume) license key?

You can't apply an MST file to a just a copy of the
Office CD.

Is this happening on only one workstation?

Hi Bob,
The files are located on a server, but I've also tried
this with the XP Office files copied to the local hard
drive with the same result.
I'm running Windows XP with all SP's and updates
installed logged in as Administrator.
Event viewer doesn't show anything relative to this
situation. I cleared all events, ran the command line and
no events were generated.
Do you think there's a corrupt installation file within
Office XP? This is an Enterprise corporate copy of Office
XP.
Thanks
