Plotting banners

I have an HP Designjet 500 plotter 24" carriage.
Publisher 2003

I'm trying to print a 22" x 5' long banner on one page. My preview is
correct. I've changed the custom document size to 22"x 5'.

I cannot get this banner to print at all.

Any help would be appreciated.
