I am using Project Server 2003. I created a Portfolio Analyzer view
to allow one group to look at their project's cost data. Therefore, I
put the Projects field in the Row Field Area, and selected only the
project's pertaining to this group (by using the checkmarks next to
the project name). However, any user with access to this view in
Project Center has the ability to bring up the Field List and select
all the other projects that I left unchecked. I cannot allow this.
Why does it seem like any user who can see any Portfolio Analyzer view
has the ability to edit all aspects of the view, including seeing data
that doesn't belong to them.
Am I missing something?
Respectfully,
Andy
