portfolio server 2007-resource to cost conversion

On portfolio server 2007, I enter the number of resources required under a
column
heading of "2009" for example, then I press "Resource to cost conversion". I
click on cost budget and it reflects the cost as "annual cost/12"; it
considers it a monthly cost. I need it to count it as yearly, where do I
cahnge the settings?

Most likely you have the Portfolio Granularity set to monthly and the
lifecycle step to show the Portfolio Granularity. In order to see it yearly,
you will need to set the lifecycle step to show Budget Cost & Resource in
yearly (can't seperate them).
