Post Viral Outlook messages

Hello. Norton missed a virus and it destroyed my OS (XP Home). I have had
to re-install OS. I can see all of my old files and programs (Not on the
desktop, on the C:/programs/ etc). I had to re-install Office 2002 to allow
my computer to recognize Word and Excel files. But the Outlook won't
reinstall and recognize. I can't find my saved messages, archived, sent,
address book.. anything like that.

There is some very very important information on an incoming email that i
need. I don't know how to get to it.

I have looked for the .pst file with no luck. Anyone have an idea? I am
quickly running out of time.

If you had to reload your PC from scratch, then you have no old files.
