Powerpoint Picture Toolbar Disappeared

Help, I was using my Powerpoint 2002 and moved my popup
picture toolbar and it has disappeared. I have right
clicked on the picture on the slide and it gives me the
option of alternately hiding and showing the toolbar but
it doesn't reappear. Where did I move it to and how do I

The easiest way to find it, would be to reset the toolbars to defaults.

View | Toolbars | Customize | {tab} Toolbars | Reset
