PPT 2007 strange problem

Up until about a month ago, we used PPT 2003 with no problems. Recently, we
upgraded to 2007 and a strange error has occurred. In preview mode (ie,
when constructing the PPT) the fonts/wordart looks fine. But running the
PPT makes the fonts go 'funny'. The text is displayed, but sometimes split
in half horizontally.

Has anyone else come across this niggle?

See if installing a printer driver fixes your problem. See:

It works fine if I login as administrator...it's normal users (who have the
same printer installed) that PPT does strange things to text. Especially on
buttons.

But I will do as you suggest and install a different printer.
