I have a 10 meg ppt file that was authored in PP2003. It crashes
PP2002, but not PP2007. I've opened the file in PP2007 and done a 'save
as 97 - 2003 format', but it still crashes PP2002 when accessed in that
version of the application. Could the file be corrupt? I need to make
it editable in PP2002. Can anyone offer any suggestions? Thanks.

You might try "roundtripping" the file in 2003 (you cannot do that in 2007):

- Open the file.
- Save as - website (HTML, not MHT)
- Open with PowerPoint
- Save as - Presentation (PPT)
