print screen clipboard outlook 2003 not working

When I do a print screen, the clipboard from outlook 2003 show me a message
in french it's "élement non ajoutée" that mean the element I print screen is
not added to the clipboard. So i'm unable to paste de clipboard where I want.
Any idea from where the problem should come ?
