Printer Assignment no longer valid

We had a printer connected using a network. It was on the same network that
the PC using Access 2007 was/is on. After a merger, we were moved to a
different division and a new network. The printer referred to is no longer
available to us. It is also not the default printer for our computers. But
Access has some reports and maybe other print requests that have 'memorized'
the old printer and its associated driver. Is there any way to find that
reference in some .ini or registry or other file so we can fix the reference?
The PC is spending all its resources looking for the non-existant printer.

As for the Access reports, open each one in Print Preview,
then use the menu for File|Page Setup, go to the Page tab,
and select "Default Printer" (or choose "Use Specific
Printer, and select from the available ones in the list).

If the new settings send the reports to a printer that has
wider margins, you'll have some work ahead of you to get the
reports to fit in the now smaller space.

The printer for a report is specified in Page tab of the
File - Page Setup menu item.
