I want to print a class set of 81/2 X11 size brown paper envelopes. Each
envelope with a different name only. How do I go about this? Thanks in
advance.

Review mail merge in the help section of whatever program you want. Word
and Publisher have the better ability to do a merge using either a Word
table, Excel spreadsheet with the names or even an Access or other database
source of names.

you may find that making labels is
easy and better,

because you may make a mistake
and mess up a bunch of envelopes

so my suggestion is to utilize the
label template to match the labels
you have or will buy.

however, instead of using an actual
label sheet for testing,

use a blank sheet of paper first and
see if the printing is ok and will line
up with the labels.

if so, then save that label sheet under
"class" and insert your sheet of labels
into your printer tray and print away.

As db's suggested, use labels instead. In addition to the reasons already
given, the envelopes might not feed reliably through your printer or might
even damage it.

You can buy clear labels rather than white ones. They all but disappear
when applied to your envelopes.
