Printing scale problem beetween Project 2003 and Project 2007

Hi,

I have a little problem on 2 different computers with the same file.

On one of the computers I have Project 2003 SP3 and on the other one I have
Project 2007.

The file needs to be printed on 1 page only and was saved like that.

When I open the same file on each computer (without changing any options) I
don't have the same result, the Print Preview with 2003 is ok. Print Preview
with Project 2007 seems to have been reduced to fit the page hence it looks
half the size of the preview lengthwise in 2003.

Do you have any idea of what could be the problem?

Thanks

I guess, but do not know, that printing in 2003 is probably a little bit
different than in 2007. But the bigger impact could be the printer
driver which actually is probably the controlling software. Is the
printer and printer driver exactly the same on both computers? The
printer driver controls the print preview and printing to paper.

Hli,

No it's not a question of driver. I already delete locally on both computer
and I have update the driver on the server.

I reinstall both computer with the same version (2003 and 2007) and I have
the same problem.

I don't know what to do?

Thanks

Since you are using the same exact printer driver and printing to th
same exact printers on both computers (server version doesn't have any
impact on the computers) and both computers probably using the same
exact version of Windows, then I guess you are proving that Project 2003
performs differently than Project 2007. Probably no surprise since they
are different products. And complex products they are.

At this point, probably nothing can be done other than to "tweak"
printouts based on which version you are using.

(also ensure have the latest service pack for 2007 ... long shot, but
worth checking).
