Printing to 3x5 card

I would like to print my document from OneNote to a 3x5 card. My printer
supports this and I would like to print directly from OneNote, rather than
copying and pasting my a Word document. I used page set-up to change the
on-screen document to 3x5, but it still only prints to standard paper size.
(I knew that was unlikely to work, but I just had to try it.)

Any suggestions?

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I created a custom paper size,
saved it as "index", and then was able to select the settings I wanted. If
you know how I can get it to print the background, that would be nice too. I
selected a lined background, but the lines didn't print.

This works pretty well, although it prints a border (margin) around the
lines, so it looks more like a snapshot of a lined index card, but it will do
for now.
