When printing word doc the bottom 4 -
5 cm does not print, Page setup bottom margin sets to 46.66. Any ideas why? Docs print perfectly from other computers. Thanks BCN

Sounds to me like that computer or document might think the printer contains
US Letter paper, while the document is set for A4.

If it's a paper-size problem:

Check in Format>Document to ensure that you have set the correct paper size,
and check the printer to ensure that Word is set to print the printer of the
correct name, and that the driver for that printer is the one loaded, and
finally, check the paper tray to ensure that the paper size the computer
thinks is in the printer really is in there :)

Otherwise, open the Footer on that document and check that there is nothing
actually in the footer. Turn your paragraph marks on with the Show/Hide
button so you can see what you are doing.

Wouldn't be the first time someone has put a large Table in the footer, then
decided they didn't want it and pressed "Delete". That will remove the text
in the table, but not the table itself. And unless you have your show/hide
turned on, you can't see it.

Hope this helps
