Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: pop Hi all.
I am new to Entourage and Mac.
I have a lot of experience with Outlook in Windows.

When I reply to someone, often, the new email doesn't contains all the original text.
I have already checked the configuration and in Preferences / Answer and Forward, there are the first three options selected.

Info after a Sig delimiter will not be included in a reply.
Set Pref for reply/sig in a message:

Are these HTML or Plain Text messages? Is it graphics that’s not included.

And it isn't Info after a Sig delimiter.
That's the text message

Outlook _always_ quates the whle message, which can be quite annoying
after a few exchanges, where the messages size has grown dramatically
with everything from the earlier messages requoted several times!

If you have some text selected in a message when you hit 'reply',
Entourage will quote _only_ the selected text - this is a great way to
keep responses short and relevant, and is common behaviour undoer most
mail clients on mac and on windows, but not, unfortunately, in Outlook!

Like most MVPs, I am responding to your query through the public
newsgroup channel (NNTP). Microsoft is planning to close the public
newsgroups which would effectively disable this channel and may affect
the number of answers that are given. Please post any concerns you have
about these plans in this newsgroup so we can forward them on to
Microsoft.
