I've always been able to save an html email as an msg file and then put it on
the server for others to download and open as a new message draft in their
outlook accounts. In Outlook 2007, when I save the html email as an msg file
and then double click on that file, it opens as a blank draft email with only
the subject line from my html email carried over (no body content).
Can you help? Note that I don't want to save as an oft file because this is
for one-time use and I don't want them to add this as a permanent template to
their Outlook accounts (and, I tested that and the results are the same!).
