Problem Synchronising with Hotmail Account

This is the error message that I had been receiving:-

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has
occurred. Please save any existing work and restart the
program.'

It was a random problem initially, but now I can't seems
to sync at all.

Please help.
