Problem with O2003 and Normal.dot

Hello,

I am having some problems with clients who have changed something or updated
something in Outlook 2003 that now any time they exit they get a popup
stating that the normal.dot file has been changed and do they want to save
the changes. I do not see anything off in the configuration of Outlook.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
