Problems Re-installing Office Pro 2003

I had some problems with my laptop and had re-install Vista. That went fine.
I am having problems getting Office Pro 2003 to re-install. The disk just
spins and never starts the setup process. If I try to manually start setup
it, the disk continues to spin and I get a message the Window Explorer is Not
Responding.

I also had a Office Small Business 03 and it loaded fine, but I really need
Access for another application I use.

The CD could be faulty. Have you tried copying the entire CD on to your Hard
disk and then try to install from there?

If it works then you will need to create a new CD from the copied contents so
that in future you don't have the same problem.
