Problems with Conditional Formatting in Excel 2007

Hi,
I am having trouble getting values in my conditional formatting to hold
properly. I am using a Icon Set with color coding arrows for values in a
cell. I set up a green arrow upward for >= and in the "Value" box typed in
=0.90. In the Yellow Sideways Arrow I did > and then in the Values box I
have =0.9*0.95. The "Type" is set as Formula.

The problem is that after I save and close, the values for the Green upward
arrow disappear. The values in the Yellow Arrow box stays the same. This
only happens on a couple of cells in a worksheet. Others are holding
properly. I have deleted and redone these twice but the same problem occurs.

The result is that the cell defaults to a green arrow it should be a
downward red arrow because the value is .75. Does anyone know why the values
in the Upward Green Arrows are disappearing for some but not all of these?

Thanks,

Chuck
