Procedure entry point GetIUMS could not locate ... MSDART.DLL

I am experiencing the same problem several people posted with my OUtlook 2000
(Office pro 2000 subset). This message keep appearing several time then it
stops. I downloaded latest version of the MSDART.DLL to no avail. I
downloaded MDAC as suggested by Roady and found out I have version 2.8, but
do not know what to do whith it. Can someone help?
This problem is prventing me from installin XP SP2 also. It just lock at
that message and goes no further.
