Produce a Visio 2002 report.

Hello

I am using Visio 2002 Enterprise. I have defined an entity
relationship diagram and added a number of notes to it.

Does anyone know of a method that I can use to save the
comments (produce a report) to a Word or Text document?
Without having to create a DDL and reformatting it.

A procedure, com add-in or some VBA code would be great.
