Project 2K7 Pro Accessing Project Server

I have gone through the steps of creating accounts for PWA via Project
Pro and get the following error:


Could not access Enterprise Global
Possible reasons:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access the Enterprise Global
There is a problem with the enterprise global in database


We have MOSS 2007and PWA 2007 running and my Sharepoint admin account
can access Project, but no other account is able to. Do you have any
ideas on why this is?

Yea ,

Sounds like you do not have the permission " Read enterprise global"
assisgned.
