Project Add-in for Outlook (An unexpected error has occured)

HI all,

I face a strange problem, when i install project Add-in for Outlook.

This is error msg.

An unexpected error has occured
Please reload the Project Add-in for Outlook by clicking Options on the
Tools menu. From the Other tab, click Advanced Options and then COM Add-ins.
On the COM Add-ins dialog, ensure that Microsoft Project Server Add-In is
checked, and then Click Ok. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need
to repair or reinstall the add-in via Add or Remove Programs from the Control
Panel

First, I login computer using domain admin account and install project
add-in for outlook.then i restart computer and using domain user (project
user) open him outlook.when i click Import New Assignment the error message
prompt up,
but when i go to Tools - Project Web Access - click Project Web Access home
page, the home page will open.


Then i go try another computer.
this computer is when i click Import New Assignment no any error message
prompt up,
but when i go to Tools - Project Web Access - click Project Web Access home
page above error msg will prompt up.

both computer are using Outlook 2003 sp 1
Project Server 2003 sp1
I already uninstall and install many times, but can't fix the problem

have anyone can give me some tips to solve this problem?
