Project server 2007 Delete project webaccess site

Hi,
We are using project server 2007. We created different project webaccess
site for each department. Later i was in need of deleting some project
webaccess site. When After I delete the site whenever I open the central
administration site it is showing the following error. How I can solve the
issue.

Arun:

Deleting a Project Server instance does not delete the underlying IIS
website and application, and it does not delete the databases. Once you
clean these up manually, you will see the errors disappear.
