Project Server 2007: strange behaivor after SP2 and August CU

Hi All

I have just applied SP 2 and August CU, and my project server looks
strange...

1) I have a use set up as Admin who cannot save the global template
(before the SP2 and August CU he was able to do it...)
he get the following error:
Job Type: Server
Error Description: You do not have sufficient permission to perform
the request action

how can I solve it??? what about deleting and recreating the user???
he has published almost every project, what will happen in this
situation????

2) the Queue is alsolutely slow!!!!!!

Try removing the user from all groups and then save the changes. Then go
and add the user to the Administrators group only, and see if that helps.
Make sure that there aren't any categories assigned to the user and that the
user does not have any security settings at the user level.

nothing... try lots of different action:
- remove all the permission
- add just admin permission
- delete the user (not possible because he is involved in timesheet
manager, own project, have assigment,

so now I have opened an incident in Microsoft...

I will let you guys know...
