PS2003 migrate to PS2007 Global

Using migration tool to migrate global data from PS2003 to PS2007. After
some burps, the Enterprise Global Template migrated OK.

When it got to resources, it did some preliminary work, then:

Migrating resources FROM ID = 0 TO ID = 20
01/22/2008 14:28:21.489 Migrating resource global failed with error 80004005
01/22/2008 14:28:21.489 Error detail: <detail><errinfo><general><class
name="An unhandled exception occurred in WinProj.UpdateResources."><error
id="42" name="GeneralUnhandledException"
uid="c4a86e80-767c-490a-bf23-ce80ad62cc9f"/></class></general></errinfo></detail>

I have not clue here.

Any help from anyone will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have non-alphanumeric characters in resource names?

Ended up going to MS support. It was having trouble with domain accounts:

'domain\userid'

removed them, then copied them back in after the resource pool was migrated.

cause for the error was never explained.
