Does anyone have/use a public function to warn people of printing out lots of
pages? I would like this in a couple of my dbs so someone doesn't print out
a 20 page report from a parameter query by accident. I just thought a
message box popup for any report larger than, say, 3 pages, would warn people
of the report size and give them a chance to cancel it. Would you use the
'on page' event at the form level for this, or would you put a count page
routine in the detail 'on format' event? When u create an autoreport, the
footer references (sic) 'page [page] of [pages]'...where is the field that
references [pages] in reports? a hidden table related to the report? If you
debug.print [pages] in the report events, you get 0.
