Publishing Form to SharePoint Form Library

Using InfoPath 2007, I am trying to publish a form to a SharePoint Form
library and receive the following message:

InfoPath cannot save the following form: http://domain.com/formname
This document library was either renamed or deleted, or network problems are
preventing the file from being saved. If this problem persists, contact
your network administrator.

For publishing the form, you will need to pass the form library url.
Are you sure that the url http://domain.com/formname represents the
form library url where you want to publish the form?
