Publishing Project Plan Error

[Week-end Work day Exceptions in EPM]

We have a project plan that has been published many times yet now is unable
as it get a 26000 error; Failed But Not Blocking Correlation

We've tried republishing and it still does not work. Any suggestions as we
are at a loss.

We've also rebuilt the reporting db and still get the error.

How do your users add resources to tasks? Do they ever use the resource
column in the Gantt chart. If so, are they changing from one resource to the
other using the resource column selector?
