PWA: Error!

So... At work we running Project Portfolio Server as well as Project Web
Access. We capture everything on Proejct Portfolio Server then we export it
to Project Web Access.

I did the export today for a project and now i cant open that project's
workspace in PWA. It says:

The workspace for this project does not exist. Either the provisioning mode
requires users to manuall create workspaces or the automatic provisioning is
still creating this site.

Whats wrong?!?!
