PWA Tasks displays "Loading Data...", PWA Resources grid no resour

I've completed a new install of MS Project Enterprise. Using PWA from a PC
client, I cannot view the tasks or resources uploaded from a project. I do
see the project under the project tab in PWA. I receive a message "Loading
Data..." under the Task tab, but this message continues and not tasks are
displayed. Under the resource selection, no resources display, only a MS
project grid with a few fields filled in. Any suggestions? There are no error
messages. Below are settings from the server and client:

Server Roles:
File Server YES
Print Server NO
Application Server YES
Mail Server NO
Terminal Server NO
Remote Access/VPN NO
Domain Control YES
DNS Server NO
DHCP Server NO
Streaming Media Serv NO

On the PWA under Admin, then Connect to SharePoint Server:

Sharepoint Central Administration URL: http://localhost:24309
Create a site under this SharePoint URL:
http://localhost:24309/wfelist.aspx

Hi Jr,

Is this happening on only one machine, or for everyone? If its for
everyone it might be caused by a setting in Windows Sharepoint Services
that governs which paths in IIS WSS manages. this setting is under
Sharepoint Central Administration --> Configure Virtual Server Settings
--> Default Web Site --> Define Managed paths. In this selection the
ProjectServer and the MSADC should be listed under the Excluded paths
section.

If its just for the one machine, then it might be due to a outdated
MDAC installation - try updating the MDAC to the latest version. also,
try and remove temp internet files and cookies.

Lastly, i have to admit that your connection information for Sharepoint
seems wrong - you should not use Localhost in the connection
information but rather the server name, and your Create a Site under
this sharepoint URL should be listed as something like
http://servername/sites (with sites being the managed path that is
configured for Project Server using the WSSWIZ.EXE utility).

Regards,
Nico
