Query naming errors

I am using Access 2003 and no matter what I try to name my queries I'm
getting the following error.

"<Name> is not a valid name. Make sure that it does not include invalid
characters or punctuation and that it is not too long. (Error 3125)"

I have tried using everything from specific names to the very simple, can
anyone offer any suggestions?

Cara

Microsoft Access treats the word "Name" (and "Date", and "....) as a
reserved word. If you have a field you've entitled "Name", Access (and you)
will get very confused.

Trying changing the fieldname to something more descriptive, like
CompanyName, or ...
