RBS changes

I built RBS to reflect the company organizational structure (OS). Recently
some of departments (level 3 in RBS) moved from General directorate (GD)
(Level 2) to another General directorate (Level 2) with their resources.
Is there any way to change the RBS to reflect current changes in OS by
moving the departments from one GD to another?

Example
Department (c) moved from General directorate b to e
a.b.c
a.b.d
a.e.f

desired
a.b.d
a.e.f
a.e.c


I don't want to delete Department (c) under GD (b) and add Department (c)
under GD (e)

I want to move Department (c) to be under GD (e)

Sorry Adel but unfortunately you're going to have to change the RBS
structure/resource attributes manually :(
