Read receipt possibilities

Just wondering, I want to do two things in Entourage 2004,

1/ I want to receive a read receipt when my clients read/open my emails, but I only want to receive confirmations on specific emails I send, not all. Is this possible?

2/ I want to ensure that if clients send me a receipt, they are informed of me opening them.

Any possibilities here?
