REadd ITEM to combobox(onMain) if delete associated records in sub

I used the below link to delete the employee from the combobox

I created all of the queries and everything WORKS!!!

however - if for some reason after that employee is scheduled to work for
that week and someone desides to take them Off the schedule (ie deletes the
record(s) by them in the subform9[man name] - I would like for that
employee[man name] to be able to be READDED back on the dropdown
list(cboman)(whose record sourse is the table ListTemp(ref. Link) - on the
main form - If ALL records in subform by that employee are deleted???
