Just bought a machine with Office Pro 2007. The license is medialess. In
trying to set up BCM, it says 'Service MSSQL$MSSMLBIZ was not found on
computer.' Creating a new database doesn't work. The next message I get
tells me that some elements of BCM are missing and I need to reinstall using
the CD or DVD. There is no media. How do I reinstall?
