Reinstalling OS - need my Groove Folders back!

So I had to reinstall Windows, but moved all my Groove folders to external
HD. I've reinstalled Groove, but don't know how to sync the folders back up.
Anyone can help? Is it just a matter of Folder Sync? Will that conflict
with the other people's contents of the same workspaces?

Did you archive your workspaces manually?
What you mean "..but moved all my Groove folders to external HD" ?
