Pro and Server 2003, managed timesheets. We have a scenario where remaining
work comes back in 1 hr increments per assignment in the project plan and
the resources Web Access, after it has been zeroed and accepted by the PM. We
have tried two ways of getting our desired result of modifying the remaining
hours permanently, first by having the resource zero their remaining and the
PM accepts. It accepts fine, but after an undetermined amount of time or by
an undefined action, the remaining work is back in the project plan and web
access. Also had the PM zero out these tasks and then publish. Again, works
initially, but finally reverts back to having remaining work. The reappearing
assignments look to be ones that didn't have any actuals posted to them, as
the others with actuals are working fine.
Any help is appreciated.
